CHROMA
CHROMA is a bi-lingual, alt-rock band from Pontypridd. With support from Festival Republic and PRSF, CHROMA spent lockdown recording their debut album “Ask For Angela” which is due for release in October 2023 on Alcopop! Records.
Influenced by the likes of Yeah Yeah Yeah’s and The Gossip, the first single from the campaign 'Don't Mind Me' received radio support from BBC Radio 1, BBC 6 Music, Kerrang! Radio, Radio Wales and BBC Radio Cymru and ongoing support from BBC Introducing, while the likes of Upset, Clunk, Noizze, The Guardian, Pollstar and Stereobaord all got involved - Clash Magazine describing singer Katie as one of 'the faces of SXSW'.
